Lawmakers in Dover have come to some type of agreement with JFC releasing $66 million in funding, Delaware State News reports. Just over $37 million are slated to go to “grant-in-aid” for non-profits, a 20% decrease from last year.

While the extra spending is known, it is currently unclear what revenues will be used to cover the addition expenditures.
