Gov. John Carney tweeted on Saturday his pledge to bring the Delaware General Assembly into session every day until a deal can be reached.

After failing to reach a deal on the budget, Delaware leaders agreed to a 72 hour temporary funding measure to keep the state government running. Lawmakers have Saturday off, but are already scheduled to return to Leg Hall on Sunday afternoon.
